A good day!

 Terry is outta town, so it was just me and my little man today! He was so good all day. Just happy as can be. Probably due to sleeping the whole night in his crib! I only had to go in twice during the night. I hope this streak continues. Nights have been a nightmare.  But he is getting better!  I forgot what a decent nights rest feels like. Makes for a more patient, loving mom the next day:) This morning I cleaned the house and Adyn followed behind me everywhere I went. Being a big help;)  He loves the vacuum and follows me all through the house. Racing to touch the vacuum. Its pretty funny. This afternoon we went swimming with Brittnie and the little girls. .  Adyn loves them. He thinks they are funny! He was such a little fish in the water. He would kick and splash his arms, like he knew how to swim. He just wanted to take off. He thought the waterfall was pretty cool too. Even with no afternoon nap he was still so happy and snugly tonight. To help him wind down before bed, we lay down on my bed for a bit. These are always sweet moments I will always remember. He always has a few minutes of giggles to get out. He Likes to be a tease. But then will snuggle right down next to my face and put his arm around my neck. Such a lover baby. Its the best.  I'm loving the age Adyn is right now. (not so much the mobile part..ha ha) But his big personality, his curiosity with everything, his funny noises and the way he plays. What a kid:) Its good days, like today, that help keep me going! 

9 Months!

Adyn @ 9 Months: Weighs: 23.8 Lbs. (89% tile)  Height: 30 inch. (94% tile)

*Adyn took 5 steps on his own a couple days before he turned 9 months! I couldn't believe that little stinker;) But now everytime we try to get him to walk again he gets scared! He will stand there with his arms stretched forward then chicken out and drop to the floor. But thats okay..im not ready to have a walking baby on my hands. He is into EVERYTHING as it is.
* His new favorite words he is saying are:  "No no no"  "Dada no no"  and "Mama no no"
*He hates getting dressed and his diaper changed now. Throws a fit everytime.
*Loves all kinds of foods. Recently has tried and loved: guacomole, meatloaf, tuna, cottage cheese, string cheese, tofu, (gross if you ask me) chicken, turkey, silk milk, salmon, and watermelon.
*His legs never stop! From the moment he wakes up he starts kicking his legs and rubbing his feet together! Especially when he is excited they really get going.
*Adyn gives the best hugs and kisses! He is such a snuggler.

Temple

We took a walk up to the temple with "Uncle" Justin when he came down to visit! The temple is so beautiful and we are so lucky to live in walking distance from one! Its so peaceful there and we love to go walking on the grounds.

First Horse Ride

Adyn loved his first horse ride more than his expression shows in this picture!  When they started walking he would giggle! He loves animals.. especially the horses. I don't Know, we might have a little cowboy on our hands;)

Cousin Treyson and Adyn...Trey was more scared of the water than Adyn was!  He got so excited when it would spray and not care if it splashed on him.

I thought he was going to rub blisters on his feet from all his kicking and splashing!

This little guy loves the water! We spent over two hours outside playing in this kiddie pool!
